Intentions

It occurs to me… from your perspective, my intentions may not be very clear.

Gotta be honest with you, from my own perspective they sometimes aren't entirely clear.

Don't get me wrong, I know what I want.

Gosh.

I know this is absolutely insane. Despite a decade of knowing each other, I know this is too much, but…

I eventually intend to see you, wearing white, two feet from me.

But the path between here and there is long and arduous. Maybe even impassible.

But I intend to try. To navigate that path. To find a way.

So, really… my intentions…?

I just intend to be yours.

Whatever it takes.
